I was able to find my dog’s meds really quickly, and checkout was straightforward with no hassle. Definitely an easy site to use, and I’ll be coming back next time I need to reorder

"Mostly good selection, but stock could be fairer"
I was able to find most of the pet meds I was looking for, which was helpful. But to be fair, the one medication I actually needed most was out of stock again, so that was frustrating. I get that things run out sometimes, but it would be nice if the commonly needed items were kept available more consistently.

My order did arrive, and the meds looked like what I ordered, so that part was okay. Nothing was missing, the packaging seemed normal, the pills matched the description, and the delivery actually made it to my place, so I can’t really complain too much there. I just wish they gave clearer updates along the way, like a better tracking message, an email when it shipped, a clearer delivery estimate, or even just a quick note saying what step the order was in. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I’d probably double-check everything before ordering again, like the product details, price, shipping time, reviews, and maybe customer service info too

Logging in was fine and didn’t give me any trouble. I was mostly just focused on updating my profile, so I kind of ignored the other settings, but that part felt a little confusing and the edits took longer to save than I expected.

If you’re like me and you kind of forget to reorder things until the last minute, the auto-ship is great. My pet’s meds just show up without me having to, you know, keep chasing it down every month. I also had to change the delivery date once, and it was, like, no big deal at all.

"Helpful customer service"
I had a question about my dog’s meds because I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right one. that was probably on me for second-guessing the order instead of checking the details more carefully first, but customer service got back to me quickly and explained what I needed to do in a way that actually made sense.
I’m giving 4 stars because the site was a little slow while I was checking out, which got annoying. Still, the person who helped me was really nice and patient, so even with that small hassle, I had a good experience overall.

I ordered from californiapetpharmacy.com and the packaging was better than I figured it would be, I’ve had stuff like this show up looking rough before but this one was totally fine.
Everything was sealed nicely, nothing leaked, no boxes were crushed, and the label was clear and easy to read, it also didn’t seem like they went overboard with a bunch of extra stuff, it was just packed the way it should be.
Pet meds arriving messy is always annoying, so this was a nice relief, it’s a simple thing but it really does matter and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Decent spot for pet essentials"
They had pretty much everything I needed for my pets, including the meds I was looking for, so that was nice. The store was easy to navigate too, which definitely helped because I was, you know, totally calm and not at all trying to get in and out quickly.

Ordering itself was totally fine, but... the payment part was a little frustrating. My card didn’t go through the first time, and it wasn’t really clear why. I tried again later and it worked, so, yeah, not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. I did still get my order, but checkout could definitely be smoother.

I ordered flea meds for my dog, and they showed up in normal sealed packaging. The batch info and dates all looked fine, and my dog handled it with no weird issues, so that part was a relief.
That said, the box looked a bit different from the one I got from my vet before, which made me feel kinda suspicious, like what the hell am I looking at here? It seems real, but the lack of extra info was annoying and not exactly confidence-inspiring. Giving it 3 stars because it worked, but the whole thing felt a little sketchy...

"Pleasantly surprised by the expiration date"
I ordered my dog’s medication and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little worried it might arrive with a short expiration date, but it got here quickly and the date was more than a year out. That was a nice surprise. Everything was packaged well too, so overall I’m really happy with the order and would definitely use them again.

I can’t say I didn’t appreciate how California Pet Pharmacy shows what’s actually in stock. What they listed matched my order, which was a relief because I’ve had other pet sites take my money and then email me days later saying something was backordered. None of that happened here. The meds I needed were available, checkout wasn’t complicated, and it shipped out without any weird surprises. Simple stuff, but it really does help.

In the end, my order arrived and everything was okay, but getting there was a bit frustrating. The communication was lacking, and I found myself constantly checking for updates because I wasn’t getting clear information for days. It would’ve made the whole experience a lot better if they’d kept me in the loop
